Do you have Health Insurance for him?
Depending on where you are in Florida, you may also be able to take him to the Health Department or one of the dozens upon dozens of Walk-in Quick Clinics that are relatively affordable.

Also, did you drive or take a plane? If you took a plane to Florida, did he eat any of the airplane food? My boyfriend, Emma and I ate the little sub they serve on the airplane and have been regretting it ever since.

Also, he might be allergic to something. The amount of pollen and mold is so high in Florida right now, and allergic reactions tend to be different for babies than they are for adults. His belly may also be adjusting to the wonderful breathe-through-a-pillow humidity that Florida has to offer.

Well, I am in Orlando FL and have no idea about any clinics here, my brother might know but I would have to wait until he wakes up to tell me.

Also I don't think it has anything to do with him being in FL, we drove here from NY and he drank formula the whole time. I only give him jarred baby food and filtered water (after I boil it). Like I said it has been going on for a few weeks and he has never done this before, I think something might be wrong more because of him being constipated and throwing up, I am thinking maybe he's not digesting his food very well. BTW let me add I noticed a change in his BMs because for a week I only gave him formula then when I started again he has been constipated and throwing up more.
