what? I dont get it?

I know that 37 weeks is full term, but now in my pregnancy books it says that anywhere from 36-41 weeks is normal. I thought it was 37-42 weeks, which one of my books says. Do you think it could be because more doctors are inducing earlier on?

36 full weeks Im pretty sure.
And that would make you 37 weeks, so I think thats what they mean.
41 full weeks- 36 full weeks.

I think they probably mean that most doctors won't stop your labor after 36 weeks and they usually will induce before you get past 41 weeks because then there can be issues with the baby if it goes more overdue than that.

That makes perfect sense... lol I don't know why I didn't think of that! lol

38 weeks is full term. But that makes you 40 weeks. The baby is 2 weeks behind you. People get confused on that.
