In pain
posted 18th Jul
I started having upper back pain about 4 hours ago & since then the pain has gone to my arms (it feels kind of like growing pains- but in my arms?? It doesn't make sense) and my ribs. I've already taken a hot bath and it some-what worked for my arms but the pain in my shoulder and ribs remain. I'm going to be 29 weeks tomorrow & I was told by my doctor that my son is bigger than what he should be.I know that might be the reason my ribs hurt, but why is are my arms and upper back hurting??

Your back is probably out... I live at the Chiropracter when I'm pregnant, and it is a live saver! I usually start about 20 weeks or so, and go every two or three weeks until the end, I couldnt beleive how much it helped when I started itwhile I was preg with my daughter, I was able to be comfortable all the way til the end! It also helps alot with your labor beleive it or not!Regular chiropractic care reduces labor time by almost half in first time moms! It just makes your body work more efficiently and makes sure your baby is ligned up properly with your pelvis!
Just thought I'd put it out there, most insurance covers it, including medicaid!
