I am about to flip out on someone (long vent sorry)

ok I know not all of you are from Wisconsin so alot of you the laws are different but I am so sick of this place I am renting from. First of all I have two childern and my boyfriend and I are working on buying a house in the next few months we actually are getting preapproved now. So thats not the point. I get a letter in the mail today from the new lady that is now running the place saying in my lease it says he can't be here. Ok when I moved in the lady told me it was fine as long as he don't wreck anything and nothings wrong. Anyways he comes here after work everynight and leaves when the kids go to bed and comes back at like 5-6 am to help with the kids. Well the maintance man says hes here ALL the time well he works from 8 am to like 4 pm so he don't even know when hes here or not. Because my boyfriend works 45+ hours at a retail store as a manager anyways. Also We don't bother anyone theres two drug dealers in my building and they don't do anything about them. OK well this letter says hes been here to much and I now have to call her everytime I Have a guest sleep over at my house. Is that not my buisness? My garbage disposals been broke for over 9 months. My fire alarms and heat filter havent been checked in over 6 months in our lease we can't check them ourselfs our landlords have to. Also the maintnace guy comes in when he hasnt given the 24 hour notice! Which is the Wisconsin law! I have rigged my door so I know if someones coming in or not! Argh I am just so pissed I don't know what to do. I am about to get a lawyer involved. There are a ton of people around me that has there people living with them and here my boyfriends not even here 24/7. He does sleep over on his days off so I can sleep in the next morning. But thats 2 days a week. ARGH sorry its so long but I am so lost!!!

Tell her you will comply with her demands when she complies with yours...

can you add him to the lease?? even just to shut her up??

Tell her to kiss your ass. It's not like she is keeping her side of the lease so why the hell should you keep yours? How may I ask does the maintenance man know hes there ALL the time? Does he spy on you or something CREEPY

I am living in a state owned place for right now which goes off 30% of the household income and he is living with his parents. So theres no point to put him on the lease just for him to go home everynight anyways! I mean my god they come look at my apartment he has 1 pair of extra shoes here and 1 draw in my dresser with clothes because our youngest (3 months) has horrible reflex and so he needs extra clothes sense his parents live across town and thats pointless to drive to change when the baby pukes on you. So its like come on he would have alot more stuff here if he was living here!

Yeah and the fact that he lives in another town! Just because hes here during the day on his days off!
they said people are watching and said he waswell come on he goes out the back door to go home because the front door is loud and can wake up neighbors and we are the only people around here who respect rules and don't bother others. Heck we don't play loud music ever we always follow rules. I always make sure my older son don't bother anyone or even yell in the apartment because I know its annoying. I don't get how she can be saying this crap.
