Sleep aids?

I know i was given something at the start of my pregnancy to help with my insomnia and now that its back I was wondering if any of you know any over the counter things you can take to help aid in sleeping?

Tylenol PM is perfectly fine!

I took that quite frequently when I was preggo (tylenol pm)

it depends on what your Doc says but mine said tylenol PM is totally fine to take...and i thank god for that lol

my doc told me to take tyelnol pm or benedryl.

thanks for the advice ladies sometimes i just lay there not able to sleep i use to take benadryl but stopped
