31 weeks Pregnant and Contracting

for the last day out of no where my uterus tightens up an it doesnt hurt but today it has happened at least 4 times any one else having this. some one said braxton hicks but how does it feel an how loing does it last

It's BH and it's totally normal. I've been having them for a couple weeks now, and they last about 5 minutes or so.

Yeah its BH, they can go all day. I started getting 6/hour all day when I was 31 weeks but on meds I'm down to 3/hour.

Ive been having them also, and some cramping here and there. When the cramping starts I drink about a quart of water at once and lay on my left side for a while, that usually helps. I have always been prone to UTI's which cause a lot of cramping. Its good to flush my system out. I really should drink more water than what do.
