I am due in 8 days on July 26th and as some of you know, I do not know the gender of my baby and will not know until I am holding him or her!

So, since I am almost due I thought it would be fun to see what you guys think I'll be having and since I'm so close, it won't take too long to find out if you're right or not!

I will post some of my pregnancy symptoms and maybe they'll help you out if you believe any of the old wives tales  

- I am carrying the baby out front and around the hips (If you were to look at me from behind, I would not look pregnant.)
- The hair on my legs has grown pretty much at the same speed as it did pre-pregnancy and did not become thicker or more coarse.
- I had terrible all day sickness from around 7 weeks to the end of my second trimester and I also occasionally threw up in my third trimester but not as much.
- The Chinese Gender Predictor says I'm having a girl.
- I crave mostly sweet fruit like strawberries and oranges and super sweet chocolate like Snickers, Mr. Big and Eatmore's. I also really crave iced drinks like smoothies and iced cappucinos.
- When I hung my promise ring on a string over my belly, it spun in circles.
- The babies heartbeat has always been between 150-170. Never lower.
- My belly looks like a basketball and not a football  
- My urine is bright yellow
- I would say that pregnancy has made me slightly less attractive in comparison to pre-pregnancy.
- I haven't been emotional and haven't had mood swings throughout my pregnancy.
- I have had several dreams about my baby being a girl and not one of it being a boy.
- And if gender is hereditary then the baby's father has 2 half sisters and one half brother but he does not share the same dad as them. His father has 1 brother and two sisters. His dad's brother has 3 sons and his dad's sisters both have a boy and a girl.
I have 3 sisters and 1 brother. My Grandma (mom's mom) had 4 daughters and 1 brother as well and my Dad's mom had 3 boys and 1 girl. My dad's sister and brother both had girls.

If you think that any of that has to with the gender of my baby then based on your opinion what do you think I am having?

I made a poll so I could get the percentage but I would also like you to post what you think it is in the thread as well so I know who thinks what. And also, once I find out, I will post the gender in here so all you who have guessed will be able to know if you were right or not!!

I think boy, but it sounds like a girl by your symptoms.
I don't know, I picked boy, though.
I wish I would've had the will power you must have to not find out yet!

It sounds like a girl but i was wrong about mine, so im going to say BOY lol 

oh man... 38 weeks and you havent opted to find out! i so could not contain myself that long... i'd just have to KNOW! congrats to u for having some patience though.

Your symptoms say girl but i always thought you were gonna have a boy.

I don't believe in the old wives tales, but...you just *look* like you're going to have a girl to me.   And she'll be here so soon! Yay!!

No, it was not initially a choice to wait to find out!!

I had an ultrasound at 21 weeks and I was SOOO excited to find out the gender and I must have jinxed myself (actually I blame it on my Dad because he was sooo against me finding out!!  ) and my little buddy has its legs crossed and I wasn't able to find out  

I did have another ultrasound at 35-36 weeks, but I made it clear that I no longer wanted to find out because i had already waited so long and it has remained a well kept secret!!

I couldn't be happier about it though

i wish i would have had the will power to say no i dont want to know becuase then its just, a different kind of special! hah.
thats really cute though!  do you have any feelingS? like girl or boy.
