14 month old now just getting separation anxiety?

my son will be 14 months in a few days. For the past week he has been waking up at 4:30 - 5 in the morning wanting to sleep in bed with us. He has to be touching me or laying by me to sleep good. He sleeps with chris but he wakes up quite a bit. I do not know what to do? I have no idea why he is doing it.

my daughter turned 14 mos on the 8th and shes doing exact same thing! Its very frustrating

My daughter does the same thing, but I love it! Shes my little cuddle bug!

He has been a very good sleeper.....he just started waking up like this for about week now.....drviving me crazy cause i can not sleep very well with him in bed with me.

My daughter was actually like that from about 3 months until she was 2. It was crazy! She still comes into my room at night and sleeps on the floor.
