Pregnant & Working Out!

So, yesterday, my much awaited package from Amazon arrived. I ordered two prenatal workout videos. I've kind of been lackadaisical (read:lazy) about getting out and walking or doing anything sporty. It's been too hot anyway! So, I thought videos I could work into my daily routine.
I read a lot of reviews on Amazon and made my choices based on that. I'm really happy with one of them. It's called the Perfect Pregnancy Workout. The girl who leads it is in super shape, really cute, and has a slight french accent. She works for Cirque du Soliel, as a trapeze artist (big plus for me!) It's awesome and even has subscreens for different difficulty levels.
Anyway, it's my favorite! I'd like to know other lady's favorites!

I have another Crunch Yoga Mama, which I skimmed last night. (I was to tired after PPW). I got a little annoyed about it being a little over mushy. But, that's really a part of preganancy and infant, I guess. The Awwwww factor.

Hi Kate,
I also recently purchased scome workout dvd's from amazon, the cheapest ones ;) like Yoga pregnancy, Kathy Smith and Buff moms, I only tried the one from kathy, it is ok, but I may try the one you recommend, that lady in the video must be in the third trimester, so that gives me some confidence that I can as well try thatworkout. It is more expensive than most of the others. But, you get what you pay for! I guess she also made a workout to do post natal, with your new baby! I know what my new years's resolution is going to be!
