Nervous...

I'm am getting so damn nervous it rediculous. I still have a few months to go (wk: 16) but I haven't got one thing for the baby yet, and I'm worried about doing this myself ( I have NO money). And now its so hard to find a job it's insane! I don't know if I'm more worried about affording the baby or labor = / ... Any advice, comments... anything? Please.

Just relax   You've still got quite a few months and the stress isn't good for you or the baby. Have a baby shower and you'll get lots of stuff and just keep looking for a job. It will all work out

If you lived by me I could have given you alot of stuff, I just gave stuff out this weekend.

Start buying now , plan yourself a shower - make a list of essentials - there are sooooo many things that are completely useless that people think they need to buy - really you don't need a bouncy seat, swing, bumbo, exersaucer, walker ... you don't need a crib and basinette, if you're breastfeeding you don't need bottles (well at least not a whole bunch) , you don't need 25 sleepers and onesies, you don't need 35 outfits ... a few of each will do .

So ya make a list of essentials, plan a shower and go from there.
Shop second hand and consignment, use craigslist and kijiji - most of the stuff for sale was worn for like 2-3 weeks - so say 3 times, its in fantastic condition and is so much cheaper than buying it brand new. Stay away from brand names, shop at walmart and target - your baby doesn't need to be dressed in baby gap and tommy hilfiger.

You still have time to get things together for the baby! And if you're stressed about money, I've discovered hand me downs are the best thing!!! Do you have any friends or relatives with anything they are no longer using??

And of course you'll have your shower.

Dont stress....somehow things will come together, you'll see!

your near me, i grew up in Chino....


are there anyt work programs you can apply for, or unemployment, if money is tight look for government aide programs. and have a baby shower too

Thanks for the advice = ] that calmed me down lots = ] what are those 2 websites you said? craigslist and what else? I've checked out craigslist and theres not too much in my area...
