table foods...

What kind of table food can you/ do you give your 6 month old? My son doesn't have any teeth and I'm not sure what he'll be able to "chew". He watchs anybody with food like a hawk and I'd like to start letting him try some.

Mashed potatoes were a big hit with Jake and still are!

mashed potatoes are good as long as they arenttoo thick, applesauce and anything else you can make into a mush that doesnt have milk in it (or atleast not a lot of it)
