aww I feel sorry for your friend. Obviously these changes are beyond her control. Who needs that extra stress ontop of trying to plan a wedding already!

That sucks. I really think that you need to be there for the whole wedding that you're the MOH in. It's a big role. Besides having the speech, you're essentially the bride's personal assistant for the day. I was just the MOH in my BFFs wedding this past weekend and she was mine last year. I know that I would've been pissed if she'd left early and vice versa.

I guess you would almost have to go to both. But at the same time, your friend is the one who keeps moving hers. Tell her about it, and if she wont move it back again, then maybe hers will be the one that doesnt get most of your time??Its a hard situation but its not your other friends fault. She has had her date the same the whole time! Good luck!
