There isa online support system for low carb dieters. It is very similar to BG. It's called Lowcarbfriends.com. I use it for my Atkins dieting but they do have a section for SBD. I would check it out. They have really helped me when I have needed support of advice. Good luck with your last 10 pounds! Be very careful dieting while BFing. Make sure your getting enough for you and for baby!
