Smoking ANYTHING while pregnant is dangerous, you're cutting off oxygen to your fetus. VAPORIZING, however, does nothing but give you the amazing vapors of this fantastic herb

I dont know if Id "vaporize" my child with it though.
I see nothing wrong.
I just wouldnt do it.
And yes, I think it is a fantastic herb, I just cant do it right now!!

Yeah, I quit when I found out too. which was like over 7 months ago...I didn't find out until I was like 8 weeks so yeah. But once, I found out I quit completely and haven't since. I didn't even know that vaporizing the weed had no effect on the baby until C enlightened me but really, there's no point now. So, now I'm just wondering about the breastfeeding situation.

There have been different studies about how it effects the brain.

I'm not sure how 'handy' you are, but you can make them for less then it costs to buy one... There's a lot of different ways, but the easiest and cheapest way is to make a lightbulb vaporizer.

They are also quite easy to make from a lamp, I actually think that page has instructions on that, too...

I quit smoking pot while I was pregnant. Which was a really good thing, because I smoked pot all day most of the time, and I really, *really* needed a break from it. Now Rob and I smoke it, at night when Corbin goes to bed. I don't BF anymore, so I can't give much of any opinion on that... Although when I did BF I still smoked it, although Corbin doesn't wake up in the night and never did a whole lot anyways, so I was never feeding him right after smoking it..
The only thing I ever really do now, is if he DOES wake up in the night, and I am high, I change my shirt so he's not right by the smell....   It's probably not doing anything to change, and even if he is around the smell it won't do anything, but I like to do it anyways... Gotta smell nice for my baby...  
(although the smell of weed makes me drool.... lol)

you're tempting me...my labor is "stalled" right now...i'm 4cm, and my body can't seem to get myself into active labor and dilate more!  

Thats very interesting, and even more still becaues if you test positive for THC in the second or third trimester social services will take your baby. Gotta love the system!

haha...that's the exact reason why i'm only tempted to help my labor along! i don't want my baby taken away  

This whole thread is disturbing. I've never smoked pot and I certianly wouldn't do it while pregnant or around my baby no matter what the "history facts" are. ANY form of pot (whatever the vaporizing thing is either). IMO, that's wrong. Smoking pot around yourbaby/kids is as good as getting drunk around them in my book. I'm sure I'm getting a ton of feedback on this comment in this thread, but it's my opinion.
