Fenugreek

Does anyone know where I can buy it and does it work? Is it safe??

I've heard of some ladies on here that has used it and that it worked for them. Also make sure to drink plenty of water because it can dry you out.

I just bought it from the chemist. Here in Australia its actualy sold for drying sinus congestion. I had to ask the chemist if I was buying the right thing. Sure enough it worked wonders!!!!!! My milkhad nearly dried up when my son was 3 weeks old and I was about to put him on formula when my Maternal Health Nurse suggested it ( so completely safe). Once I started taking them (as suggested for sinus congestion)my milk supply tripled. I weaned myself off them when he was around 2 months oldand now I am still breast feeding and my son is now 10 months old. One side effect is that you smell like golden syrup. My hubby love golden syrup so I'd say it was a GOOD side effect.lol.
