In SOOO Much Pain

I am having horrible cramps lately for like the past three periods, and I don't really want to take meds. Do you ladies have any ideas, tips, so on?

A nice hot shower of a heating pad worked sometimes for me. But i usually didn't have cramps THAT BAD and if I did I took Pamprin or Midol or Tylenol whichever I could find first.

I'm about ready to rip my uterus out. It's in my back and everything.

without any meds, i'd recommend laying down with a heating pad on your stomach. it helped me a shitload. some people say it's better to exercise instead of lay down, but that has NEVER worked well with me...
