My dad was a boxer.. and never really let me go to the gym because he said it was too dirty, ahah. What he made me do was sit-ups and crunches (for my stomach), a thousand a day. Don't do it all at once, though. Also, he told me going all the way up for sit-ups was useless. Sit up until you feel the tightening in your stomach, then go back down, not all the way down, but until the back below your shoulder blades touches the ground, then go right back up. I mixed it up. I would do 200 situps, then jog in place real fast for 5 minutes, 200 situps, then jog for 5 minutes, etc., etc. until I finish 1000.
He made me do lunges in place (for my butt and thighs), or back and forth from one wall of the room to the opposite. These you can do as many as you want until you get tired, I guess.. that's what I did.
And there's a stretchmark cream called Palmer's (it's pretty much made for pregnant women). I never used it while I was pregnant because I didn't see any stretchmarks, but after.. omg.. but now that I use the cream, it seems to be fading faster. Oh, and my nipples are getting smaller, too.. but I haven't breastfed my baby.
