I dont know how many calories you burn but I am in the EXACT same place (after I just drank a glass of chocolate milk) I feel like I try so hard and I am ALWAYS hungry. I have lost a little more weight since the initial 6 weeks weight loss but not much it is very frustrating.

I think its about 600 calories a day. Have you tried eating smaller meals throughout the day rather than 3 big ones?

That helps a lot, it keeps your metabolism up so you will burn calories faster.

I joined weight watchers. they have a program for nursing moms and it's been working for me (well i'm only 3 weeks PP and I just started it 3 days ago...) but I'm also on another diet from Abigail's Pedi which pretty much restricts me from eating anything - Dairy, soy, egg whites, citrus, green leafy veggies, wheat, etc... so I've been eating things like barley, oats, other veggies and fruits, turkey, and chicken breast. I think it's a pretty healthy way of eating actually and i find it very satisfying, i'm not hungry all the time like I was before I started it (I guess it's all those whole grains which are very filling).

eat 20 almonds every morning at 10am, eat them down everyday like they are a vitamin..see if this helps, it should   also eating 20 almonds every day after not breastfeeding anymore is SO good for you and curbs cravings and gives your body the healthy fat it needs and also is a good source of fiber and will help maintain your blood sugars thru out the day..this should work..

I lost 10lbs in my first month on the nursing moms WW program. Sounds like you're on the anti-colic diet =)

I haven't lost a damn pound since having my last child, and I am a BFer too! I'm hungry a lot more often than I used to be. I eat when I'm hungry. I was reading that some women produce more estrogen and prolactin...which hold on to fat stores to produce milk. This is why many women don't lose weight until after BFing...when these high level or hormones are flushed out.
