gestational diabetes

my 3 hour glucose came back high the first test and the second and third were fine bt my doc wanted me to go to this sweet success program and they gave me a machine to check my blood sugar 4 times a day and they want me to eat every 2-3 hours and im not hungry and whenever i check my blood its a little high but i cut out all sugar i think its high becasuse its stressing me out when its high i cry im crying right now cause don't want to do it anymore and its only been two days my blood is supposed to be 100-130 after meals and right now when i checked it it was 159 and i been crying since i think i'll hurt the baby more by being stressed out don't you think ? has anyone else had this? and whats a dangerous blood hgh ? i only have 4 weeks to go please help

i when for my class on friday also got my machine and i suppost to check it 4 times a day 1 in the morning before eating and the other 3 1 hour after my meals. my doctor seen my logs and said they r pretty high i have 148 most of the time but i also get 200 he said if they r still high hes gonna put me in insulin but on monday when i go to the doctors im gonna tell him if e could put me on the pill first before trying insulin.

have you changed your diet or anything or do you still eat what ya want i think thats whats getting to me i also test the same times as you im fingers are soo bruised i hate it my other readings i have had were only like 5 to 7 over what there supposed to be but 159 was my highest i hate eating so many times a day and i hate crying over this i feel soo stupid

i dont eat the 6 times a day i eat maybe my 3 meals i eat the my regular food but i only eat 2 tortillas and i dont drink no more coke or regular pepsi now i drink diet dr pepper or diet 7 up . My fingers dont hurt cause they showed me how to test . What number do u use to test yourself ? and where exactly do u poke yourself ?

well i was using a 3 but then that wouldn't give me enough blood so im at a 4 they showed me to how to do it too i even have to see a dietian every week i haven't drank any soda at all just water and crystal light i really can't eat that many times a day either its way to much my test still come back like 5 to 7 above 130 what range do they usually put you on insulin? thanks its nice to have someone to talk to about ths knowing your in my same situation and due around the same time your making me feel alot better thank you!

i dont know but i will keep u updated i go to my doctors appointment on monday i will let u know what they give me insulin or glyberide.
