photoshop help please

is anyone really good at photoshop? & animation?

i have PS6 but i havnt had time to play around w/ it yet so i was just gonna see if someone else could do something for me. it should be pretty simple..

i had to upload the pics

i was going to use this bow on my page...

i need the background erased and transparent bc i will be using it on a colored background, and id like the diamonds to have like a sparkle to them (animated) at random timesand if u can touch up the bow or soften it or w/e to make it look better (hope that made since)

no you know how when you erase the background around the bow, you can either choose to have the background white or transparent? i need it to be transparent
