39 weeks + 4 days and no dilation

I had high blood pressure today and the doctor told me to go in to L&D because he might take me in and induce labor although we have it scheduled for monday. I am not dilated at all and my blood pressure went back to normal so he let me go home. How the hell do i make it dilate besides walking and sex....which we've tried already. He also said my iron was low and that I might need a blood transfusion and 50% chance that it'll have to be a c-section. I'm having contractions every 5 minutes but don't feel them at all. What should I do to get this baby going?

walking does not bring on labor, it only increases the contractions. NO MATTER WHAT YOU HEAR THAT IS TRUE! i had a nurse tell me yesterday that walking only increases labor. sex is something that really works because it softens the cervix. just have sex a lot. and its fun too  

Nipple stimulation worked for me.

Do it until it hurts but that feeling you get that feels like a conection between them is a good sign. It releases the natural hormone that helps with labor.

Well thats good, I have heard of babies coming bf scheduled inductions hehe like they know and they say ok ok Ill come out on my own lol! Im sending you lots of labor dust I bet you cant wait to meet your lil baby!
my dr doesn't like inducing =( she did kindly said she wouldn't let me go more than 2wks pass my due date yay!!! lol

Thanks guys.... my cervix IS soft and thin.....and like i said....I'm contracting like every 5 minutes but for some reason not feeling them and not dilated. I'm getting induced Monday night but I was really hoping to be admitted today. Oh well. Good luck to ya'll too.
