breast milk storage

Does anyone know how long you can store breast milk in the fridge? I have totally forgot all the rules, it's been too long!

2 days in the front of the fridge 8 in the very back.

Human milk can be stored

• at room temperature (66-72°F, 19-22°C) for up to 10 hours

• in a refrigerator (32-39°F, 0-4°C) for up to 8 days in a freezer compartment

• inside a refrigerator (variable temperature due to the door opening frequently) for up to 2 weeks

• in a freezer compartment with a separate door (variable temperature due to the door opening frequently) for up to 3 to 4 months.

• in a separate deep freeze (0°F, -19°C) for up to 6 months or longer.

I was told too that if you put milk from the freezer to the frig it has to be used in 24 hours. I don't know if that is true and I dont remember where I read it. My sister told me it goes in twos.
Freezer - 2 months
Refrigerator - 2 days
Out at room temperature - 2 hours

yup once it has thawed you have 24 hours to use it.  also once it has touched their mouth you have an hour that it's good,
