I figured leaving it at "bed bugs" would get more views and possible responses.

Ooh I like that! I co-sleep most of the time, but when I put Alex in his bassinet, he rolls over and gets his face in the bumper!!
He's too strong to stay in that worthless sleep positioner.
I'm afraid I'll never sleep again unless he's next to me.

I cosleep too, so I was thinking this is a good alternative to other bed rails and when Darwin is in his own big boy bed it can transition w/ him. And when he's even older, I don't see why it can't transition into a body pillow of sorts...or the "back" to a bed so you can lean/lounge around.

it definately looks better than the other options out there~ most rails are made of metal.

and if not, all others seem to have a gap b't themselves and the mattress purely b/c of how they are designed.

yea~ when my daughter had 1 on her bed, I caould gain extra room by using the rail as support, because it would actually bulge out from the bed~ plus all it had to attach it to the bed was 2 metal poles that went in between the mattress & box springs or slats~ so it easily slid out

This looks really awesome! I've been wondering what to do for Feyana when she gets older. She is such a restless sleeper. I check her at least a couple times a night and she is never in the same spot in her crib. I swear she does laps! I've been worried about this being an issue when she's older. I'm having visions of her falling out of bed 10 times a night. I'll definitely have to remember this!

Awesome!

I saw this on another thread, but no one really replied to it...so I figured I'd try a diff thread and see if I got any more nibbles.
