the morning after pill "plan b" and breast milk

does anyone know if the morning after pill affects the amount of breast milk you produce? i know that a little bit of the hormones get into the breast milk, but i havent found any information on wether or not it affects the amount you produce. also, anyone know how long it takes to get out of your system?i had to take the plan b pill 2 days ago. we had a oops! lol. ive been dumping my milk since then. but ive been noticing that im not pumping as much as i normally do. HELP!    

I doubt the pill affects your supply, it's probably just the fact that your baby isn't stimulating your milk ducts the way he normally would. I'm sure once you get back to nursing your baby instead of using a pump, it'll be fine!

sigh. thats what i thought too. its hard not to stress about it though. i all ready had to start giving him formula a couple months ago when i never wanted him to even look at the stuff. its even more depressing to think that i might be loosing my milk too.  

i had to take it last month and u can burse on it it it is ok i asked my dr and her peid.
