he forgot....

So yesterday was our 2 yr anniversary and he forgot.... 
I just felt like he would for some reason.
I didnt get him anything or do anything cause I wanted to wait and c if he would remember...
I waited the whole day for him to say something...and nothing.
It was his day off too...we were fixing the babys room all day, so by the end of the night we were both exhausted.
It was 10pm and he didnt say a word.
Im so upset. but I mostly felt stupid cause the whole day I was like a little girl waiting for a surprise or a gift or something...& nothing.
I feel so unappreciated.
The whole yr and a half weve been living together he has yet to buy me anything for any holiday cause he's always broke...but i dont want much of a gift. Im more of a romantic detailed kinda person and I still dont get shit!
I feel so bummed...

Ohh sorry. Im not married but I think the day we met is important not to go out and celebrate or anythign but to remember. And my bf insists that we met 3 months before we actually did..pisses me off.

my man is like that too!!! it does not mean he dont love you its just some men forget i guess. it makes me mad too.it was like june an he asked me whens mothers day i said this sunday hehehehe. men are silly

I think its kind of dumb that you set him up for failure. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but people forget things. If it was really that important to you I think you should have mentioned it a few days ago.

Thats okay. I was dissapointed on valentines day. Really I should just suck it up and thank the lord for my bf's creativity (he bought me a blue crystal rose) but all I really wanted was the card   he didnt' get me one and I was upset. I'm so selfish  

I just spent like, an hour picking out the perfect card for him and a half hour filling out an entire page... and he didn't even say anything about it.

If it makes you feel any better, my boyfriend forgot my birthday this year. I got nothing...no hug, no kiss, not so much as a 'happy birthday' all day long. I was pissed. Guys are idiots sometimes.

My anniversary is a holiday so neither of us can forget it....It sucks when you're waiting for something and get nothing! Maybe his mind has just been too pre occupied with the baby and everything that it slipped....My guy is neveras excited as I am when it comes to our anniversary... I think most men are that way. Sorry you are bummed hun maybe remind him and he'll suprise you with dinner or something.....
