Tricks to help you dialate faster?

Anyone know any?

due a whole lot of walking that will due it it help me when i had my first child

i just made a post of this last week so i've got a lot =)

pineapples
walking
sex
papaya juice
bouncing on a pregnancy ball
castor oil (there was a huge debate about this, personall i wouldn't try it sounds pretty risky)
climbing stairs
pressure points (one is the web between your index finger and thumb and theres one about four fingers up from your ankle on the inside of your leg)
i think someone said rosemary tea? but i dont remember 100% on that..

actually your dr. can stretch you a bit. but it hurts.
and all it does is stretch you to the point she stretched you to [if your closed, usually only a finger tip]
if your body isn't ready to dialate, it wont.

tried most except castor oil. I wouldn't do that...

Oh I'm already 3cm dialated and 90% effaced.
They are going to try to help me have my baby next week ifI don't have her this week by like irritating my cervix.

do you know why they want you to have her next week even though you still have time?

I have no clue, I was wondering that too so I was going to call them tomorrow and ask. But people have told me sometimes they feel the baby's big enough and stuff like that but I'm not so sure. I always forget to ask the doctors when I go in lol.

If I were you, I'd write down a list of questions before you go to the doc's. And yeah I understand if your baby is measuring too big.
