Best Friend problems

okay.. im not sure if i have a right or not to be mad at her at the moment... she is recently engaged to a guy to whom she has been dating for about 5 months...

her wedding date has been changed from a year(which is like may) to oct. to sept. 13.. to now sept. 20...

my problem with this is that my 18th birthday is the 23 of sept. and i was planning on taking her to the beach with me for my birthday.... and she knew this.. and now she goes and does this shit..

i am comptly happy she is getting married and is happy but the guy is controling and jealous of me and her being togeather so i dont see how the whole beach thing is going to work now.. =(

I can see how this makes you mad. TRUST ME! lol I've had to push my wedding back many of times. Just talk with her and let her know how you feel about it. Even if she still wants to get married the 20th, Let her, She should be understanding enough to go with you for your birthday, even if that means leaving her hubby for the night or how ever long you two want to stay. He should respect your wishes and that you two are best friends and that he cant step in between you two! If he tries and she lets him, thats crappy! oh where did you get your profile pic?

and he freaks out when me and her go wedding dress shoping... and when i say freaks out i mean FREAKS OUT!!!! like calling us non stop and saying oh yall arnt dress shoping yall r just fucking... and he is pulling us part!! all they do is fuck and stayed glued togeather... and my boyfriend which was her future hubbys bestfriend and stays in the same appt. dont even talk anymore because they r soo all over each other all the time....

and i hav talked to her about it.. and she doesnt care....

idk if im just over reacting or what.. but it just feels like shes trying to take all the ( i hate to say it but) attention for my birthday to her.. cuz our familys r really close

Well thats just crappy that she dont care!... Me and my best friend for 10 years just stopped being friends because of a guy that she thought she was in love with. We even got into a fist fight over it because she told me if i ever talked to him or touched him she'd beat my ass...and me, Im a fighter, I didnt do anything wrong! She wasnt even dating him they had just broke up, and he asked if I wanted to hang out, I told him no and said that she would get mad He's the one that said I dont care. But I did. and she still got to be a bitch towards me. I figured its better off that we're not friends because its just going to be the same shit over and over again! Im sorry she's being that way. You should tell her that its crap how she is doin! and that she's just pushing you away.

yeah... we havnt been best friend for long it hasnt even been a year yet.. but we used to be soo close b4 he came... its always been girls befor guys with me and her... till now anyways... me and my boyfriend are getting serious but i would still put him off for her but she wont do the same for me

I wish i could be more helpful on this situation But its kinda hard. I've been f***ed over by "best friends" too many times. It was hard at first to say we're not friends anymore and never will be" but I ended up gettin over not being friends. I dont need that in my life its just puttin more drama in it than what I want! and Drama is somethng I cant stand!...*Wrong site for me to like it but its helpful! lol*...But If I were you i'd say fuck it and show her how it feels! I wouldnt even go to the Wedding. But thats just me!
