First car accident!

I was taking my little sister to starbucks and I swear the woman in front of me just stopped in the middle of nowhere! I slammed on my breaks but I still ended up rear-ending her.  

She was really nice and there is basically just a scuff on her bumper.
But my car is pretty jacked up. The hood is like, bent/pushed up to where you can see inside from the sides. And there is a big crack in my bumper from where she had a trailer-type thing attached to her car.

Everyone is alright except me! I'm just really shook up and I still can't calm down..even though it wasn't bad at all.

Don't feel bad.
The exact same thing happened to me about a month ago.
Except this guy completely cut over into my lane, and almost smashed the front end of my car! I slammed on my breaks but i still ended up hitting him, he was in a Jimmy, and my car was quite a bit smaller. He just drove off real quick, and didn't stop. But i freaked out! I'm so nervous when i drive now.
