Ok , Is it just me or is my nose getting HUGE?

It seems like the closer I get to the end of my pregnancy, the bigger my nose gets. I mean, it is still an ok shape and everything, but I have no doubt it is bigger..

Maaann, If we pregnant ladies didn;t have enough issues from swoolen feet to hemorrhoids to bacne, do we really need to get bigger noses too? I wonder how long it is going to take to get smaller after delivery.

I'v never heard of that, do you mean like your gaining weight in your face and it looks bigger? Or are you saying it actually looks longer?

LOL your post title made me laugh.
Looking back at my pictures, I think my nose was a little... bloated I guess right before I had my daugher, but it went away just as fast as all my water weight after the birth. I think its just fluid retention that does it. Your nose doesnt actually change in size thank goodness!

like the rest of my face is mostly normal but my nose is swelling from fluid retention like my feet.

Mine did this too =) It's the extra fluid and swelling of the mucous membranes that happens on when you're pregnant. I snored like crazy when I was pregnant too!

hahaha Yeah Carlos has gleefully told me of my nighttime snoring just for fun  .

John recorded mine once and said that we could play it for the baby because it is so loud it probably SOOTHES him and would be a familiar sound, lol. I was shocked when I heard it because I didn't believe it was that loud! Nice thing is, it goes away after birth...thank goodness.

i just heard bout that! Well i was taking a gender determination quiz (totally dumb) but one of the questions was "Has your nose gotten bigger?" Me and my friend were like WTF?! lol but i guess its true then.

YES! Our digital camera takes video too, and he slowly walked in the room (he was sleeping on the couch because of it) and hit record and let it record until it died/ran out of memory space! I admit, it was pretty bad.
Not too sure about the gas because no one was sleeping with me to let me know =) lol

my nose did get bigger hehe! my mom says thats how she knew i was pregnant bf I even knew! sucks I know I hope everything gets back to normal hehe

Yes, my nose has gotten fatter too!

I honestly think it has something to do with carrying a boy. Something with the hormones. I don't normally believe in those old wives' tales, but my nose did not change at all when I carried both my daughters. Now I'm carrying a boy and my nose is swollen looking, just like it was when I carried my other son.

Don't worry though, it will go back to normal after you have the baby.
