Weight loss update

Sooo...I posted earlier...I am on a weight loss rampage...I WILL lose this weight! I have like 20-25 lbs to lose...Well, The first week, I lost 5 pounds...And 2 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips....I am soo excited! I work my a** off! I do cardio 2 times a day for 35 minutes, and then half an hour light strength training. I don't drink soda...I am still workin' on the eatin' thing...And I drink tons of water! I have been taking "progress" pics, and I can see a difference..still got a ways to go, but I see progress...I would post them but I am not sure about posting pics of myself in my undies!

Congrats on the loss!!! 3" off hips is awesome...I need to get motivated again. I lost 10 pounds in a month then fell of track for a few days now. I wish I lived somewhere that was sunny more than once a week!
