I know!!   

I believe in the hereditary thing, my mom and her mother both got no stretchies, and I didn't either. Just fat feet, carpal tunnel syndrome, horrid heartburn, the fun stuff

My incision looked nothing like that lol.
And I only had 8 staples.

Also, I don't even have much of a scar, its pretty much completely healed on the outside, and you can barely see it.

 Someone asked me when my baby was due when I was 2 weeks pp and it was all I could do not to cry..haha.  I honestly think your stomach looks great, it's SO small for 2 weeks pp, esp considering that you had a bigger baby and all.  Yeah, you have stretch  marks, but it goes w/ the territory.  I have small white ones, which is cool, bc I am super white anyway, so they blend...but I am almost 6 MONTHS pp and I don't think my stomach is as flat as yours now!

I didn't have one, so that's why I googled.  

I've heard of them being bigger AND smaller, though.

I had one!! My Dr. was awesome, and left a tiny scar. I have to have another one for this next one, because my horny ass got knocked up 8 months after the 1st one, lol.
I freaked when I first looked at the incision, though!

My neighbor was pregnant and I hadn't seen her for a while, one day I ran into her in the store and I asked her when her baby was due, and she told me she had had him a week ago. I FELT SO BAD. I was just mentioning to my mom, how much worse I feel now, knowing that it takes a while for your uterus to go down. lol. I honestly don't mind the stretchmarks though, its alright because I think I look pretty decent with my shirt down. Besides Im married now, I don't need to be skanking around and wearing belly shirts and what not. and so what if I can't wear a bikini anymore, I never liked to anyways, I've always been self concious.

It looks much worse from the front, I do have some of that skin that kind of just hangs down. I don't like that very much.

 WTF I had staples and I have a scar! It's purple!  But it's small and in the "crease," the dr did a bikini line incision.  Viktorya, does your incision site tingle yet? Like a numb feeling?  Mine still does, and my friend's mom told me taht hers still does too (her section was 28 years ago!) ARGH!  You are lucky that you don't have a scar..I wasn't even healed yet at 2 weeks pp!

Wow you look amazing after only 2 weeks PP. I lost 35 pounds during the first 2 weeks also, but I'm still holding onto those last 5 pounds or so, and I'm 9 weeks PP now.

 Sorry I am like hijacking this thread, I'll stop after this one, but is carpal tunnel something that starts or gets worse w/ pregnancy?  I think that I have had it for a couple years, but it's not diagnosed...but it is SO much worse now than a year ago.  Wow, I thought that I was just typing on bg too much ;-)

I had to have the surgery, because cortisone shots didn't work   Feel free to PM me if you want any info about it, so we can give miss V back her thread, lol.

Yeah, I just found out it was numb the other night. I was shaving for my first time PP and I noticed that when the razor moved close to my incision, I couldn't feel the shaving feeling, it was creepy, and if I pinch there I can't feel it.
