I think i am getting a low blood sugar more easily than other pregnant women...if they do at all. Whats up with this?
I get sick, and tingly, and almost passed out in the shower...

low blood sugar isnt diabetes, that would be hypoglycemia etc

That sounds more like anemia.. mention it to your Doctor

Try drinking some orange juice... wait 10 minutes than eat a protein (meat or cheese)... wait ten minutes then eat something else... then drink at least 2 oz of orange juice every 2 hours for the next 12 hours.
I had a problem with low blood sugar and my doctor told me to try that and it works like a charm!

That could also be low blood pressure, that happened to me a lot in the beginning.
