so this is my 1st period since having Adalyn well it hurts like shit. imcramping which i never did before but what im concerned with is.. is it NORMAL for my vajayjay to be achingit hurts really bad. can someone tell me what going on?

I went through the same thing my first period was hell not only did I have horrible cramps and pains but my flow was really bad I was changing pads every hour sometimes sooner than that and I couldnt even use a tampon is was soo bad. I think its pretty normal. I wanted to die it was so bad.
