Ouch (TMI) =(

So, I started my period again a couple of days ago. I'm only 12 weeks PP and breastfeeding, so I was a little surprised to be starting again, but I knew it would start again someday, anyway. The problem is that I'm having a lot of sharp cramping (not like menstrual cramps, these are different) and it really hurts when I pee. It's not a burning sensation like when I've had a UTI in the past, it's a really bad cramping (it feels like I'm being stabbed in my cervix) when I'm almost done emptying my bladder. Plus, my pee smells funny, almost fishy. Has anyone ever had this before? I'm calling my doc in the morning, but I didn't know if it was anything that any of you have heard of before.

Sounds kinda like bacteria vaginosis (sp?) it tends to give an odor and can give you REALLY bad cramps, def get it checked out, that's the best I can give you.

I've had that before, and I had some really funky discharge. I haven't had any discharge, just spotting and then light bleeding. I'll be sure to ask tomorrow, though.
