breast milk

i'm in my 29th week and I've been pretty good so far. But I just figured by now my breast milk is supose to be coming in, but theres nothing there. Is that normal?? When is the breast milk supose to be forming?? Can you tell I'm new at this pregnant thing lol  

That doesn't come in until after you have the baby.

Mine came in 5 days after I had my son.

your milk wont come in until a week or so before the baby sometimes not even until you have them. Then its not even milk its colostraum (sp.) a premilk then anywere from a week until a month after the baby is born and bf regularly then you milk will come in full and this will be actually bm

You get your actual milk about 3 days after birth. You may start to leak with colustrum soon, you may not, but it is no indication of whether you will be able to nurse or not.

Actual breast milk doesn't come until 72+ hours after delivery.

Colostrom starts forming while you're pregnant, and you may or may not ever see it. I haven't leaked any - woohoo!

yeah i started leaking at about 6 1/2 months...

you wont get milk till then 2nd after you have the baby, you will soon form like clear liquid thats what the baby will drink the first day or so, its just as healthy! 

Mine came in when my son was about 3 days old. I had a little bit of leakage that started around 30 weeks, but nothing to saturate my bras. It just made my nipples a little sticky.

oh ok thanks that clears things up a bit cause for some reason ppl have been telling me that i should be getting it soon and i got a lil confused   but then again everyone keeps telling me something different and some of these ppl dont even have kids lol
