would you snoop?

I had the opportunity to look through my husbands email today and chose not to. it was tempting, not cuz i wanted or thought i would catch him doing anything, but because i am nosy.   i wanna know what goes on in his "boy talks" and all that. BUT i didnt. my friend was shocked. said "Why the hell not?!!? he would never know!" Would you do it if he wouldnt find out? Do you think people that look obvioulsy are "looking" for something?

No, I do it all the time...although one time I ruined a surprise b-day present for me. It's something he ordered online and I asked him about it, and he said it was a surprise for me...oops

I'm nosy so I def. would but not because I think I'm going to find anything. I just want to know whats going on.

I read my hubby's email...I'm not looking for anything other than stuff he forgets to tell me about. We don't hide anything from each other, and we both know each other's passwords for everything.

snooping for any reason is wrong.

Idk. I don't unless I feel like I have a reason to. But most of the time I try really hard not to. But when you get that feeling like something is wrong its hard to contain yourself. 

My hubby doesn't use email so I have to check it for him a lot! I don't consider it snooping, because he knows about it. Going behind his back though is snooping, and really not cool.

his email is our email. We both use it. I clean out his junk mail. All he gets anyway are email forwards for the most part.He has the password to mine but I don't think he knows how to use it.

I did cause when we first moved here to japan he would get on MSN and YAHOO and talk to girls and get on webcam with them, so i wanted to make sure he wasnt talkin dirty to any of them, and well he wasnt up until a few months ago i checked his YAHOO history and sureenough he was in a chat room talkin dirty to some little whore online, lemme just say he wasnt in the best of mood when he got to work and read the email i sent him. He came home and got bitched out for it. I was 7 months pregnant and sleeping when he talked to her, and came in there and kissed me and checked up on me while talking to her, gosh, i was pissed off when i read it the next morning.

I did that and found out what I was getting for x-mas...oh well!

I wouldn't have either... but would have REALLY wanted to!!!

and probably would be kicking myself in the ass right now for not taking the opportunity.

Being honest and trusting is a terribly conflicting thing!

Last time I went through my bf's stuff (his text) he was sitting right infront of me and I was just bored and he knew I was messin with his phone, I found texts from his ex gf but didnt open them.... I think he rememberd they were in there and took the phone for a sec. and said he needed to see something well I went back to it and those texts were gone... I was SO mad and wish I would have read them... ever since then I dont go through it, I dont want to know if he's hiding anything or anything like that... if he wants to tell me something fine if there are things he doesnt want me to know, it bothers me but I dont want to find out by snooping.

I don't consider it snooping. He gives me his passwords to everything. I sometimes get on his myspace to look at profiles that aren't on my friends lists hehehe. Besides, I know he hardly gets any messages, and none of them are interesting to mehaha.

yeah i dont look through my boyfriends stuff cause when i used to i would always find really nasty shit from girls that were fourteen and fifteen. it was nasty. they were like baby prostitutes throwing themselves at him. he also had an email from this woman he works with on the river. she's in her 40s and sent him pics of her saggy boobs. he never replied or responded to any of them but it made me aggravated to know that he knows girls like that (the fourteen year olds) and that he's surrounded by temptation (the nasty 40 year old from his work). i don't do it anymore cause i know i'm not gonna like what i find!
