you never know till you try

i used to hate running it hurt my bad knees and i always cramped and it sucked. well i started running again with good running shoes 2 knee baces a comfy sports bra and my fat ass puppy. yes i look goofy but i feel so much better!! and i have been told that it should help the wieght and fat just melt off. i'm excited!

I used to be such a good runner. Well, at least in my books. I had GREAT endurance and could run for 3+ miles. I just didn't think about the pain hehe.
Breath in from your nose and out of your mouth.

A good sports bra always helps too  

i could never run. i was told before not to even walk. but i couldn't do that. lol i have some of the worste knees. but since the boys my knees don't hurt as much so i figure i would take advantage. but with both knee braces i kinda look like forest gump

I tried using a knee band thing that was supposed to put pressure on the part that was really hurting me, but every time after I took it off following a good jog/walking, my knee actually hurt way worse. I stopped using it and just started jogging through the pain, unless it was really bad, then I would take a day or two off and just walk entirely instead.

I don't have knee pain anymore, so maybe it will go away for you tooeventually...

me i don't think so.. i have no cartilge behind one knee cap and arthritus in both knees plus my mlc and acls are constantly being prained because my knee cap trys to pop out of socket... and i was supposed to get surgery a few years ago but they wanted to hold off so for activity ihave to wear braces withthis metal hinge and stuff so it hold everything in.
