long length maternity jeans?!

posted 14th Jul
So I finally had to break down and go pregnant-clothes shopping lol. My jeans are getting uncomfortable at times. So I go down to manchester (about 45 minutes and a dollars toll away from me) to the mall where they have a motherhood maternity store, and was SOOOO MAD to find out that they dont even MAKE longer length maternity jeans! I tried on every single pair of size smalls in the store, and all of them were way too short. Im looking on the website now, and all of their jeans have a 31 or 31.5 inch inseam. I need at least a 34! This is ridiculous! Do long legged freaks like me not reproduce or something?! I bought a pair of "convertible" cargo pants (which are too short so they will always be capris) and a pair of shorts. But I need jeans! And I wear boots 98% of the time! Where the heck can I get some long maternity jeans?!

How tall are you? I am 5'4 and I had to get some jeans from Motherhood shortened because they were sooo long!

Was just going to say Old Navy! LOVE my jeans from there. I am not sure if you can order long length online though....I dont remember. Either way, I also didn't fit into Motherhood pants, they were always too short. I just bought a pair and cut them and sewed them into cute capris though   Seriously though, try Old Navy

I got mine at JcPenney's or the Gap. I had the same issue as you and dress pants were even worse to find, but my fav jeans were from JcPenneys. They were made by Duo. Hopefulyl they will be long enough. I do not remember the exact inseam. I know the Gap Long and Lean are long though.

Not all Old Navy's have a maternity section, and I'm sure not all of them carry tall/short inseams. I got mine online. They weren't my favorite jeans I've ever had or anything, but to be comertable (and not have my ankels hanging out) they definitely got the job done.

Try being almost 6 feet tall and trying to find maternity cloths
I need freakishly long shirts too.

It's LOVELY!
I'm not 6 feet tall, just 5'10"-5'11" I get conflicting answers from both my doctors. lol

The only place that fit me when I was pregnant was Old Navy and I had to wait until they had longs in stock for my size. I was a medium long at the time and it's hard to find mediums long enough for me.

I just had to stick with low rise jeans that were a size too big for most of my pregnancy.

Now I have an excuse to buy the expensive jeans though   Designer brands are the only brands that fit my hips and height.
