Infant Micronutrient/Calorie intake Chart

I've been looking for one for ages.

I'm super paranoid and I wasn't sure if Nika's calorie intake was enough for her age, turns out we were right on track.

Hope this spares someone lots of googling, as it took me ages to find one.

Imo, feed them if they are hungry.
If they aren't gaining weight, consult a doctor.

Uh.. yeah, I didn't know that.

So, what do you say if you've a teething baby who is exclusively breastfed but is inded refusing the breast and is going back and forth between preferring solids over pumped milk, or even when switched to formula, only eats say 4 times a day. If that.

Wouldn't you want to know how many calories that infant should be getting a day, just so you know if they're getting enough? Maybe that way, you wouldn't be tearing your hair out, wondering, are those 4 feedings enough and should I relax, or should I act.

I'll tell my friend whose teething child only eats twice a day that she shouldn't force him to eat at all, after all he might not be hungry. Oh wait, or are those sore gums not letting him eat?

I am always curious if my son is eating enough calories a day! I too, worry about that!! Even though he is gaining weight, I am just not sure if it's the right amount or if he should be eating more! I know when he hungry but..you know! lol

I always worried too. Now my mind is seriously at rest, especially since Nika isn't a boobie baby anymore.
