big thighs

posted 14th Jul
Ok, so I just had my baby girl 2 weeks ago and my baby belly is gone but I'm still 3 pant sizes bigger than usual, I was wondering if and when I'll ever fit into my old jeans again?!

My hips still have not gone down i was a size 9 pre pregnancy and after i couldn';t go lower then a 12!! IT SUCKED!!

It depends... I'm smaller now than I was pre-pregnant. I wore size 9 pants before and now I'm a 5... It just depends on where you lose weight. I had to lose more in my legs to compensate for the wider hips. It is possible! I'm 10 mos PP.

Definitely possible, but will take a lot longer than 2 weeks (for most people).

I say that is up to you! Diet and exercise can do it. I am not fitting in any of my pants yet either.
My booty and thighs are bigger. As soon as I get the green light i will be working out.
My inspriation is that my mother has always been a size 2. When she had her 4th child she needed a size 10 pant. She decided to get the firm workout-she went back one month later and got her size 2's. I am sure she probably worked out every day, but she got the deed done. My sister is 13 and she is still a her size 2.

I used a stationary bike and also did pilates, they worked wonders! I didn't even start working out until like 7 mos PP because I never thought I'd lose weight, haha. Honestly, don't stress it. Things are pretty scary at first but smooth out over time.
