Working Moms VS SAHMs: Diets

Has anyone who's been on both sides of the track notice a difference in how you eat when you're working vs. when you're a SAHM? For me, I have noticed a BIG difference. Because I'm a working mom and everything has to be about convienence and pre planned I notice that it's soooo much easier to eat healthy than when I'm at home all the time. There isn't much time to "graze" so it's easier to pack a "healthy" lunch (such as a lean pocket, "smart ones" meal, etc.) and low calorie than it is when I'm at home and can cook.
Do any of you working moms have tips for SAHM's and vice versa when it comes to eating healthy? I think my main tip that I just "discovered" is to plan out ALL your meals ahead of time and buy them ahead of time so you're not scrambling and tempted to make a wrong choice.

well with me i dont think it's an issue of workign and not working. when i lived with my mom i ate junk food all the time because i had it accessible to me, and now that i have my own place i dont buy the bad stuff and i have nothing to "graze" on haha. now i cook real healthy dinners, and we dont go out to eat often like before. plus now i dont work at a pizza place, so i am not eating food just because it's tempting me while i make it all day haha.
