Pre-Eclampsia??? Not sure

I don 't feel so hot and I've been seeing spots. I told my doctor about it but she just said to let her know if it happened anymore and twice now the spots thing happened. I don't feel very coherent either.

I'm a lil over 34 weeks. Any ideas? Anyone have this?

are you swollen anywhere?
Do you have a headache?

Swollen hands, a horrible pain in your chest, and really high blood pressure are all big signs. If you have any of them, call your Dr so they can set you up with a 24-hour urine collection  

I have a headache and I don't think I'm swollen. I have some pain in my chest but I sort of think it may be anxiety....

I have been seeing spots my whole pregnancy and recently all the time.And Ibe had high blood pressure real swollen hands and horrible headaces and shortness of breath.I went to the doc who sent me to the hosp and had me checked for toxemia.But it came back fine.Said I had a UTI and was dehydrated.But you should def get it checked out just in case.Im just now 34 weeks.

what did they do for your uti? can that affect the baby if you deliver with one?

Hi mama, i dont know much about this, but a friend of mine was recently rushed to c-section at 35w because of this. Her symtomps were big time swallen feet, ankles, face and hands and pain. She didn't want to bother the doctor and so she waited too much before going to the hospital. I dont want to scare you, but call your doctor if you dont feel good, that way you cancontinue with a great and healthy pregnancy. Hang in there, we are almost mommies!!!

I was seeing spots, pounding head aches, pain my my chest near my heart, and getting really lightheaded. i told my Dr and she said it was because im not getting enough protine (sp?)
I wasnt swollen and my BP was normal for a preggo gal.
So who knows what could be goin on  

lately my hands, feet and especially my face have been swollen like crazy almost likea balloon, havent seen any spots or anything like that but ive had excessive weight gain along with a somewhat high BP when i had to go to L&D from not feeling movements but they said that the raised BP could have been from my nerves and being worried. but im still asking my ob about it at my next appt. i read that protein in the urine i also a sign of it as well but every urine sample ive given has came back clean.

My dr explained the pain that start sat your chest and goes through to your back. You would have trouble breathing and be light-headed with the pain. It should be a really bad pain, not just a small one...

They gave me medication.They said it can cause you to go into preterm labor.I did with my son but they stopped it and she seems to be trying to come to.But I dont know if it can affect anything during delivery or not.

I had pre-clampsia i was 37 weeks. Since it was my first pregnancy and the doctor never warned me about these symptoms I thought that getting swollen and having headaches was normal. I also felt sharp pains right under my ribs and i did see spots on two occasions. I started feeling this way when i reached 7 months. So on what was suppose to be my last doctors visitI ended up being rushed to the hospital because she noticed it was pre-clampsia. I was induced and had a c-section. The baby came out beautiful and healthy, i was ok but they didn't let me go home after 5 days because my blood pressure was so high.
