HELP!!

My son hasn't had a bowel movement in about 3-4 days now..is there any trick that I can do to help it come..cause Im sure its not normal  

Take him to the doctors it could become dangerous the doctor with give us an rx for laxatives and suppositories but you can use then to much or the body will start to depend on it good luck! How is your son btw?

You can give him a little bit of juice mixed with water!!

have you asked your doc about it. I don't how old he is but I have a friend whose daughter was 2 mos and she hadn't pooped in 36 days which after investigation they found there was no prob and they just had to wait (it eventually came. My doc said 5-6 days is when you start worry that things arent normal. If he's old enough you could always try baby prune juice or if he's on solids I found that grapes or cherries (pitts removes of course) worked wonders on my son.

is he breastfed?

my sister had the same problem with my nephew and the dr said it was b/cus he was breast fed and most of boobie milk is good stuff so they dont poop as much.

a little bit of apple juice mix with water in a bottle.

I think it was 2 ml and 2ml each.. (or oz,i can't remember)
it works though.

Is he formula fed or breastfed?.. Breastfed babies can go up to 10 days without a bm, and it's perfectly normal.. Also, a baby is not constipated, unless they are straining, in pain and passing dry "nuggets"..

just do the juice mixed with water..

especially if they are on solids. I didn't do the juice thingy until 10 months and I am a meanie lol. I let my daughter have juice 1x or 2x a week. but I always mix it with water.

ALSO:

PRUNES!! Baby prunes works with both adults and babies.
mix that with baby cereal. that does the trick too.
