You're on WIC and you make $15 an hour ? Congrats on your pregnancy and I don't think it's age that determines what makes a good mother. It's the individual person's maturity level, ability to provide for their child, and willingness to be selfless and completely giving towards their baby.

Im a teen mother too. I have medicaid and WIC..I take care of me and my child on my own still living with my mom to go through college. But I buy what we need myself.
They may be bashing you for the caps and stuff though. When young women come on here typing in caps they tend to be a target.
