2 year old thing?

I just want to start out by saying that I have made an appointment with my daughters pedi. for this problem, but was wanting to ask other mommies if this is a normal 2 year old thing or If I should be worried!
My daughter had a tummy ache about 4 days ago and one diarea diaper. I asked her if her tummy still hurt and she said "no". Well everyday since then she will say "mama tummy hurts". I'll ask her if it really hurts and she says "yes mama tummy hurts". She hasn't had fever or any yucky #2, no vomitting. Is she just going thru a phase?? Is it an attention thing or could it be seriouse????? LOL I'm sure I'm just over reacting but It worries me. We'll find out at the Dr for sure if mama is just being a coocoo bird, but wanted some mommy opinions! Thanks

Who knows, especially with girls(drama-I have two) but a good pedi should take exrays or something, just in case.My eldest cried for weeks about her tummy(4 years old) and after 3 hospital visits all saying it was just gastro flu, we brought her elsewhere and found out she was completely impacted and her bowels almost ruptured.Better to be safe than sorry-I personally wouldn't ask her how she feels, and try to pack a lot of activities in a day-if there is no complaining it may just be a phase.Good luck-let us know.
