One lady at work went around and told everyone that I was pregnant. I didn't want anyone to know but i let my boss know and her because she is my boss's assistant. I was so pissed because I hadn't even told my family. I had people come rub my stomach and tell me I'm glowing and I asked where they heard and they told me her. One day I went off in front of everyone that someone's going around the building telling people my personal business. She snuck out the room like I didn't already know it was her. Now she tries to make small talk and I'm over it but I keep my distance. I feel you shouldn't tell anyone's personal business unless they tell you to. I confided in her because she was over me. I was going to eventually tell but it was no one's business to do it for me.

im 20, and ive been with my fiance for over 5 years now. we have our own apartment, pay our own bills, drive our own car.. yall know the deal. well, i dont get those comments from strangers, his family actually critisizes the way we live and the way i do things being preggo. i like to stay active, and his family tries to scare him into thinking im killing the baby! he ALWAYS tells me to "go lay down!" also, im 28 weeks even today, and last monday at the doctors i found out the baby is 2 lbs 3 oz. normal weight for a 27 week old baby! when he told his family, they actually said the baby was severely underweight, should be 6 or 7 pounds by now, AND that i wasnt eating enough.. they live 100 miles away, how would they even know?! before i got pregnant, his family used to say behind my back i wouldnt make a good mother or wife because i dont clean up after my fiance. okay, hes 25 years old, im pretty sure he can throw his own trash away and wash his own cup out! during my pregnancy ive been craving pepsi for some reason, so i usually get caffiene free, except yesterday they didnt have any so i got a 6 pack of regular. if they knew they would say i was doing drugs while being preggo, since "caffiene is an addictive". i think i would rather have strangers make comments instead of my fiance's family, because you can escape and ignore stranger's comments, but its hard to do that with family members!!!! lol.

some people truly have no tact. her and him included. he's the most annoying sales person here at work and everyone truly cant stand him, if i could tell you all the shit i hear from the other workers here about him in specific that shit would blow your as well as his.

Yea but that's some people. Don't block your relationship with God because of what others say. He doesn't judge you. All the people talking, let them talk. Go to church and get blessed and forget the talking cause that's all they're doing. They aren't perfect themselves!!!

no i dont block my relationship in god, whatsoever, i just choose not to attend church because i feel there are too many hypocrites in the congregation as well as those who work for the church [deacons board, ushers, etc] plus i have personal reasons on why i dont go.

That is so messed up, some people are just so narrow minded!

oh my gosh, when i was pregnant with my daughter an aquaintence of mine asked how far along i was and i told her i was 8 months. she was like "wow, you're big...are you having twins?" i just smiled politely (even though it pissed me off) and said "nope, i guess she's just a big baby." then she had the freaking nerve to say, "are you sure you're not having twins?"!!!! i was so mad!!!!! if you've never been pregnant, you don't have any right to say stuff like that...lol!
