military question

My husband is in the Marine Corps and I just found out that he has been cheating on me since I have been in the hospital and I have proof but I have no idea who to call to talk about divorce.

All the higher ranks in his shop are all friends with him and I dont want it getting back to him that I am looking into it so my question is does any one know who I need to get in contact with to find out this info. I want to know what my rights are and my son's.

well, talk with his first sgt. adultery is a big no no in the military and he could loose rank,pay etc but becareful you need his pay....does he know that you know that hes being disgusting pig? Also, you can contact JAG to help you out with advice...

I know im afraid he is going to take away the money but yes he knows and he pretty much does not care because even though I have proof he still lies to me. But I have no idea how to get ahold of JAG.

you can call them, or look it up online, its listed on the base for sure...

IMO I would yell at the top of my lungs and make sure his decisions hurt him as much as possible, personally and professionally. But that's me, expecially if he was acting like that.

i agree 100% hit him the most as it hurts who cares if he looses a stripe or 2....cheating is wrong....i hope he receives an article 15

Thank you all very much. And yes I will make sure the worst happens to him, he is out doing whatever he wants while I am in a hospiatl its not right and i never thought it would happen, I trusted them both.

not only that he will also have to provide full medical,dental and eye care /insurance she will have to pay the co-pays though unless they go to a base facility
