ultrasound accruate?

how accruate is a ultrasound at 14 weeks? i had one yesterday and was told I am having another girl... I am kind of disappointed, I want a boy this time and that will be it...

You already got yours? I'm two weeks after you and they told me I wouldn't know until end of august, beginning of september.

girls are harder to tell then boys.. and that is really early to be able to tell..

That's still really early. They usually don't do that until 20 weeks to be almost positive.

Its more accurtate at 20 weeks. I had mine then and they said girl and what do you know. I had a little girl.
Even those sometimes those can even still be wrong.

I went in at 16wks 3 days and I asked the doc and he said it looks like a girl, but he didnt confirm it cuz it wasnt clear. I go back on the 22th at 18wks

i'm due the 8 of dec and i went on my 19th week and they couldn't tell so im going tomorrow..i would wait till atleast 20 weeks

I found out at 17w at the 2nd ultrasound that they give you during your 2nd trimester to check for birth defects... It was a much better machine than my dr.'s office had...
