Question??? Does anyone know or had this happen??

Well I hd my membranes stripped yesterday and this morning when I woke up I went to the bathroom amd when I wiped there was alot of bloody and brownmucous stuff. It was gross! So what I am wanting to know is if this was my mucous plug or is just from getting my membranes stripped? I had thought Ialready lost my plug but this was alot more. Also is it normal to still have pink when I wipe?

Yes it is normal. They did the same thing for me.

same here... happened for 3 weeks straight before delivery.... was wondering how much of that stuff could be up there coz it just kept coming...

Yep, I remember thinking, surely there was a little leprechaun on his way home fromt he pub where he had been feeding every one carrots,

(coz we all know theres gonna be carrots after a good night on the turps)

my OB did me ay 38wks.. again at 39wks and I ended up induced at 41wks exactly.

It was "ALL SHOW, NO PUNCH!"

He said I was a couple days shy of 38 weeks and that he would do it. I have 2 different dates also the 28th and the 23. The 23rd is by my early ultrasound. Maybe he is going by that? One minute he says the 23rd and the next he says the 28th..He told me yesterday that he wasnt gonna let me go past the 28th.
