Divorce.

Finally.
Going to family court monday morning.
It just wasnt working.
I am aware of my mistakes. So, if you want to say anything about my age...I dont even care.

Sorry you had to go through marriage and divorce at such a young age. I got married at 17 and still married. You are still young and can and will find someone to make you happy, just let it take time.

I haven't even looked at your age, and I probably won't. Some marriages just don't work no matter how old you are, and it takes a big person to move on and do what's in the best interests of their child. Have you guys discussed custody arrangements?

Eh, you may have married young but statistics are that divorce is very common. At least you took the right step versus staying with someone who it just doesn't work with. I got married at 17 still am but I approach the situation as I love him and WANT to be with him forever but don't think "nothing bad will ever happen to US we are PERFECT for each other!" cause things happen no matter what if we like it or not.

No. In all honesty I don't trust my daughter alone with him. Its not that I am upset about the divorce. I saw this coming. He is just not that great with her. I am so worried.

Hm. Do you have any kind of proof of anything that could maybe get his visitations supervised when she's not with you? Or is it more of a feeling?

I am taking time. My husband and I were together for 3 years. He was my first kiss, my first boyfriend and the guy who took my virginity. It will be awhile before I start dating.

He just has a short temper and no patience.
He sleeps all day because he works until 3-4 in the morning.
He hasnt given her bath since she was a newborn.
He has never fed her baby food or rice cereal and shes 7 months.
He hasnt changed her diaper in months.
He never wants to spend time with her.

I feel you. I have been with mine since I was 15, he was my first everything else besides kiss and I was his first as well. We've been together now for 6 1/2yrs+ but please believe if I thought things were not working right or that we were not creating a stable home for Grant, I would leave. It would be hard, but I would do it for him. And it would be awhile before I dated again too.

16 is young to get married, but nothing to be ashamed about. you live and learn from your mistakes.good luck and i'm sorry for your hard time

Hm I doubt that's enough to make him have supervised visitations. Since hs shows no interest in her maybe you could ask him for full custody and just let him have occasional visits if he even wanted them? It doesn't sound like he even wants that much to be honest.
